Upstairs, the main bedroom has a super-king bed that can be split into two singles, the second bedroom has a double and the third has two single beds. The sofa bed in the living room sleeps two more. The family bathroom has a large bath, and there's a separate toilet downstairs.

The living room has a corner sofa and a TV, and the dining room leads through to a modern kitchen with a dishwasher and coffee machine. There's a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a desk space with Wi-Fi if you're working.

Outside and parking

The back garden is private, gets the sun and has seating, and dogs are welcome (£50 per pet when you book here). Parking is on the street in a residents' permit zone. One permit is included, and extra permits can be arranged if you ask before you arrive.

Around Southsea

A Co-op and the shops on Highland Road are under 10 minutes' walk, as is Milton Park. Fratton Park is about 13 minutes on foot, Albert Road's restaurants and bars about 16, and the seafront at Canoe Lake about 20. Fratton station is around 18 minutes' walk, and Gunwharf Quays and the Spinnaker Tower are about 7 to 8 minutes by car.

Worth knowing

There's one bathroom upstairs plus the downstairs toilet, and two of the eight beds are on the sofa bed. On-street parking can take a few minutes to find at busy times. Bringing a bigger group?
