A modern, pet-friendly one-bedroom apartment sleeping up to four in central Southampton, well suited to contractors, relocators and work stays needing a laptop-friendly workspace and long-stay discounts. London Road puts you within easy reach of the Mayflower Theatre, Southampton Central station and the cruise terminal. Note: parking is paid and nearby, not on-site; the apartment can feel warm in summer though portable fans are provided.

The Space:
The apartment is on an upper floor reached by lift, with a private entrance and space for two guests in the bedroom plus two more on additional sleeping arrangements — practical for a small team or a couple with guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering: oven, microwave, hob, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, a baking sheet and all crockery and silverware. A dining table seats the group together.

For work stays there is a dedicated laptop-friendly workspace, clothing storage and hangers, an iron, and coin-operated laundry in the building.

Bed linen, extra pillows and blankets, hair dryer, body soap and conditioner are all included. Board games, coffee and the essentials kit round out longer stays.

Safety: carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit are in place.

A word on comfort: the apartment can get warm in the summer months. Portable fans are provided but there is no air conditioning, so if you are sensitive to heat a winter or spring visit may suit you better.

Pets are welcome. Luggage drop-off is available and long-term stays are accepted with monthly discount rates.

Guest Access:
Private entrance and lift access to the apartment. Paid parking is available nearby; guests have reported costs of around £11 per 12 hours, so factor this into your budget if you are travelling by car. There is no on-site free parking.

The Blue Puffin Stays Team is always on hand to offer assistance as & when the guest needs us. We are here to ensure that you enjoy your stay at the property. The best way to reach us is through the AirBnb app messaging function. In case you need urgent assistance a telephone contact number will be provided prior to your stay.

Please note that check-in is available between 4:00 pm and 9:00 pm. If you arrive after 9:00 pm, our office will be closed and our team will not be available to assist by phone, as we are unable to provide out-of-hours support.
