A unique pantry with stained glass windows and pocket sliding doors leading to a well furnished living space, flooded with natural light. Upstairs, a master bedroom with king-sized bed, a single room and a modern bathroom with walk-in rain shower. There is on-street parking and a private courtyard garden to the rear.

The area

Church street is a side street off the main Titchfield square. It is a dead end road approximately 70 metres long with St Peter’s Church at the end.

Therefore there is no traffic buzzing past just a few people on foot enjoying the old listed and characterful houses and the odd dog walker making their way down towards the canal.
