Description:
A two-bedroom, three-bed house sleeping four in Southsea, well-equipped for contractors, relocators and working stays, with a private garden, indoor fireplace and free on-street parking. The beach is around 12 minutes by car; Southsea’s restaurants and bars are a short walk away.

The Space:
Seabird House is a two-bedroom property sleeping up to four people across three beds, with one bathroom including a bathtub.

The kitchen is fully stocked for home cooking: oven, dishwasher, freezer, cookware, baking sheet, kettle and coffee maker are all included. A dining table seats the group comfortably.

The living space has an indoor fireplace for cooler evenings and looks out over the garden. Board games are available if you want a quieter night in.

Both bedrooms have clothing storage, hangers, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets. A hair dryer and iron are provided. Note: one guest mentioned the beds could benefit from an upgrade, so we have flagged this for review.

For longer or working stays: there is a laptop-friendly workspace, coin laundry on site, and long-term stays are welcome. The host is consistently praised for fast, helpful responses.

Parking is free on the street directly outside. Please be aware street parking in Southsea can be busier on event days near the football stadium, which is roughly a two-minute walk away.

The property is professionally cleaned before every stay to enhanced standards, with cleaning products left for guests. Carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit are all in place.

Guest Access:
Free on-street parking is available immediately outside the property. The coin laundry is accessible during your stay. Luggage drop-off can be arranged if you arrive before check-in time.

Please note that check-in is available between 4:00 pm and 9:00 pm. Our team is available 8am to 8pm, seven days a week, and helps with check-in until 9pm. Check-in closes at 9pm and there are no late check-ins. For a genuine emergency during your stay, use the emergency number in your check-in details at any time; after 9pm, leave a voicemail and it reaches our team straight away.
