With original Great Western Railway features, this unique carriage is the ideal retreat for couples, small families or friends looking for a relaxing break in this wonderful market town.

It is your secluded spot in the grounds, although there are nearby properties, the railway view is semi private and you have plenty of space to yourself.

We take great pleasure in welcoming you to this unique, recently remodelled railway carriage. While it may seem small in size, it offers everything you would ever need for a perfect, care-free stay. A lit path takes you up the steps into the field which only has your Railway carriage, and a view overlooking the paddocks with the nearby donkeys on the farm.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The garden at the property is not secure. As you can see from the photos, there are areas where a dog could escape onto the road, towards the pond, or near livestock. For this reason, we do require that all dogs are kept on a lead whilst outside, as the garden isn’t fully enclosed.

Enjoy the outside decking area and the field area next to the left of the railway view and take in the breath-taking scenery. It is your secluded spot in the grounds, although there are nearby properties, the railway view is semi private and you have plenty of space to yourself.

Whilst staying in The Railway Carriage, you’ll have your own private secluded outdoor area which overlooks the paddock, railway line and fields beyond.

The farm is home to 3 Donkeys in the nearby Paddock. You are welcome to go and say hello to the donkeys, however please do not feed them under any circumstances.
